## Job Summary The Exports Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving all export activities within Tynor. This role is crucial in expanding the company's international market presence and fostering relationships with global clients. The Exports Manager will ensure that export processes are efficient and compliant with regulations.

## Responsibilities - Develop and implement export strategies to enhance market penetration in international territories. - Manage relationships with international clients and partners to drive sales and enhance company reputation. - Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation processes. - Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping of products. - Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth in the exports division. - Collaborate with internal teams to align export initiatives with overall business objectives.

## Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. - Proven experience in export management or international sales, preferably in the healthcare sector. - Strong understanding of international trade regulations and documentation. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to travel as required for business needs. - Proficiency in export management software and tools.

## Preferred Skills - Multilingual abilities, enhancing communication with diverse international clients. - Experience with market research and analysis for international markets. - Familiarity with customs regulations and compliance issues.

## Experience Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in export management or a related field within a healthcare or medical equipment company.

## Environment This position is typically based in an office environment with potential travel for client meetings and international exhibitions. Remote work options may be available according to company policies.

## Salary The compensation for this role is budgeted between 30-40 lakh annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
