Finance Associate

## Company Overview We are a fast-growing, science-backed health and wellness company focused on building trusted consumer brands.

## Job Summary The Finance Associate will manage day-to-day accounting, payments, reporting, compliance, and finance operations, playing an essential role in ensuring the financial integrity of the organization.

## Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain books of accounts. - Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures. - Prepare Management Information Systems (MIS), budget vs actual, and cash flow reports. - Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), billing, collections, and reconciliations. - Oversee vendor onboarding and payments. - Reconcile sales and payment gateway settlements. - Manage inventory accounting and costing. - Handle Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and statutory compliance. - Coordinate audits and maintain necessary documentation.

## Qualifications - Eligibility: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance). - 2–5 years of finance/accounting experience. - Strong Excel skills. - Knowledge of GST, TDS, and month-end closing procedures. - Ability to manage finance operations independently. - Experience in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Retail, Manufacturing, or E-commerce preferred.

## Preferred Skills - Additional experience with financial software systems. - Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.

## Experience 2–5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.

## Environment The position is based in Mumbai (Lower Parel) and is a full-time role within an office setting.
