## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certification (CFA, CAIA) is preferred. - Strong understanding of fixed income markets and portfolio management concepts. - Proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial modeling. - Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions.
