Associate / Manager – Founder’s Office

Job Summary

The Associate / Manager in the Founder’s Office will work directly with the Founder & CEO to drive strategic initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and support sales and operational alignment between the US and India teams. This role is ideal for an ambitious early-career professional with a high degree of agency, capable of executing 0-to-1 initiatives, fostering partnerships, and contributing to the company’s growth trajectory in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • 0-to-1 Initiatives Execution: Rapidly execute, test, and drive early-stage strategic priorities alongside the CEO, demonstrating high agency and a bias for action.
  • Opportunity Identification & Partnerships: Conduct research on adjacent market opportunities, identify potential partners, and support structuring of pilot programs.
  • Sales Planning & Pipeline Acceleration: Collaborate closely with the CEO and Head of Sales on US sales planning, pipeline strategy, target setting, and tracking progress.
  • Cross-Border Coordination Bridge: Act as the primary US contact point to ensure seamless communication, operational alignment, and efficient handoffs between US and India teams.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of work experience in the US, preferably a combination of strategy consulting, startup founder’s office, or go-to-market (GTM) roles.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical foundation.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management, both internal and external.
  • Demonstrated high agency, bias for action, and first principles thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate with a mix of IQ and EQ.
