The platform combines institutional-grade research, quantitative asset allocation, risk management, and advanced technology to help customers build and manage diversified global portfolios. Its flagship product, Prisma, employs a research-led, rule-based approach to portfolio construction, systematic rebalancing, and tax optimization across global markets. The company operates at the intersection of fintech, wealth management, and consumer technology, emphasizing a premium, intuitive digital experience. Headquartered in Mumbai, Spring Street is backed by Nexus Venture Partners.

## Job Summary This high-impact, high-ownership role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders on strategic and operational priorities. The individual will act as the founder’s extension across various functions, including growth, operations, supply chain, hiring, and investor relations. The role requires a proactive, versatile professional capable of building from the ground up, solving complex problems, and driving the company’s scaling efforts. The candidate will be instrumental in shaping the company’s trajectory, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a strong team culture.

## Responsibilities - Own What Matters (0 → 1 → Scale): Lead critical projects from conception to execution, evaluate new ideas, and build initial frameworks for strategy, structure, and processes. Fix operational bottlenecks and optimize efficiency. - Be the Founder’s Extension: Act as a true second brain by tracking priorities, driving decisions, representing the founder in meetings, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. - Growth & Expansion: Maintain a strong understanding of financial metrics, track performance against targets, identify new revenue opportunities, support international expansion, and translate data insights into actionable strategies. - Drive Business Through Data & Insight: Manage business dashboards, analyze performance metrics, optimize ROI on marketing and brand spends, and develop feedback loops for continuous improvement. - Build Systems, Not Chaos: Introduce structured processes, trackers, and cadences to bring order to a fast-paced environment. Conduct weekly team check-ins and address inefficiencies proactively. - Help Build the Team: Collaborate with the founder on hiring, define KRAs and organizational structure, and foster a high-performance, trusting team environment. - Understand & Strengthen Operations: Develop a deep understanding of warehouse, logistics, and supply chain operations. Resolve bottlenecks, oversee inventory management, and ensure smooth execution during high-pressure situations.

## Qualifications - 3-4 years of experience, ideally in a Founder’s Office, CXO’s Office, or similar strategic roles. - Exposure to fundraising, investments, or financial analysis is a significant plus. - Demonstrated high ownership and accountability; ability to take responsibility for visible tasks. - Strong strategic thinking with excellent execution skills. - Curiosity, learning agility, and the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges. - Excellent communication skills, warmth, empathy, and a zero-ego attitude. - Educational qualifications: Not specified, but likely a degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in fintech, wealth management, or consumer technology sectors. - Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, and inventory management. - Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and scale operations. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data. - Leadership qualities to help build and nurture a high-performing team.

## Experience - 3-4 years of relevant experience in strategic, operational, or founder’s office roles. - Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and driving growth initiatives.

## Environment - The role involves working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, likely in a hybrid or in-office setting based in Mumbai. - The position requires high adaptability, problem-solving under pressure, and close collaboration with the founding team.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
