Associate - Founder’s Office

Job Summary

The Associate - Founder’s Office will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s strategic initiatives, process improvements, and growth projects. Working directly with the founders, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence key business decisions, build foundational capabilities, and grow into a future leadership position within the organization. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, proactive, and capable of handling complex problems with a first-principles approach.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute key capability-building and growth initiatives aligned with business priorities, managing projects end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with various functions to establish and optimize best-in-class processes across the organization.
  • Contribute to shaping the company’s business strategy by evaluating market opportunities, business models, and competitive landscapes.
  • Provide decision support through data collection, analysis, and presentation of insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying, evaluating, and executing new initiatives that drive company growth and operational excellence.
  • Support the founders in strategic planning, operational improvements, and special projects to ensure organizational success.

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate degree from a Tier 1 institute.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of execution experience in operational roles, management consulting, program management, or customer success.
  • Technical Skills: Data analysis, project management, process optimization, financial modeling.
  • Soft Skills: Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving, strong communication, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
  • Additional Skills: Prior exposure to financial services is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: First-principles thinker, results-oriented, grit, hustle, and a continuous learner.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in leading initiatives and delivering results within tight deadlines.
  • Exposure to SME lending, fintech, or financial services industry.
  • Ability to structure complex problems and synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions and with senior leadership.

Experience

  • 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in operational roles, management consulting, program management, or customer success.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Environment

  • The role is based in Mumbai with a hybrid work model (5 days a week, combining in-office and remote work).
