Founding Product Manager

Job Summary

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping product strategy and defining roadmaps. This individual contributor position involves significant ownership and close collaboration with founders to develop impactful products that drive restaurant profitability.

Responsibilities

- •⁠ ⁠Own products end-to-end — from discovery and build to launch, adoption, and iteration, with a strong track record of 0→1 product shipping

•⁠ ⁠Strong product fundamentals, structured problem-solving, and data-led decision-making

•⁠ ⁠An AI-native mindset — someone who actively uses AI tools to build, prototype, and solve problems, and can demonstrate something they’ve actually built

•⁠ ⁠High ownership and execution velocity, with the ability to thrive in an early-stage, ambiguous environment

  • ⁠ ⁠Experience in restaurant-tech, 3PD, marketplaces, or fintech is a must
  • •⁠ Analyze product performance and iterate using data and customer feedback.
  • •⁠ Work directly with founders on product prioritization and key business decisions.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience working within the third-party delivery ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant technology, food delivery, or commerce platforms.
  • Proven ability to work with engineering teams to build and launch products.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a customer-first mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience building products for the US market.
  • Background in SaaS, restaurant-tech, or marketplace platforms.
  • Previous experience in a startup or early-stage company.
  • Exposure to pricing, growth, operations, or marketplace optimization challenges.

Experience

- Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in Product Management or related fields.
