## Job Summary We are seeking a Full Stack Lead Developer who will play a critical role in designing and implementing high-quality software solutions. This position entails leading the development of scalable applications and ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end technologies. You will contribute to the organization's goals by leveraging your expertise in back-end and front-end frameworks.

## Responsibilities - Lead the development of scalable applications using Node.js, Go, or other relevant backend technologies. - Design and develop responsive user interfaces with React.js or equivalent front-end technologies. - Write efficient REST APIs and manage CRUD operations effectively. - Oversee real-time updates and data management on the front end to enhance user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. - Mentor and guide junior developers to improve team performance and code quality.

## Qualifications - Strong proficiency in at least one scalable backend language, such as Node.js or Go. - Extensive experience with React.js or comparable front-end technology. - Demonstrated ability to handle application scaling and complexities. - Proficiency in writing REST APIs and executing CRUD operations. - Understanding of real-time data processing techniques for front-end updates. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker. - Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
