## Job Summary The Fund Manager at Abakkus SIF is responsible for overseeing and managing the investment funds, ensuring optimal performance aligned with the fund’s objectives. ## Responsibilities - Manage and oversee the investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with fund objectives and risk appetite. - Conduct detailed market research and financial analysis to identify investment opportunities. - Monitor fund performance regularly and implement strategies to optimize returns. - Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Prepare and present periodic reports on fund performance to stakeholders. - Collaborate with the investment team to develop and refine investment strategies.

## Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of Fund Management experience. - Proven track record managing funds with an Average AUM of INR 500 Crores. - Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and portfolio management. - Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with alternative investment funds or sector-specific funds. - Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to fund management. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. - Familiarity with fund management software and data analysis tools.

## Experience - At least 3 years of relevant fund management experience in a similar role managing sizable assets. - Demonstrated success in fund performance and investor relations.
