Equity Fund Manager

## Job Summary As an Equity Fund Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio with an Assets Under Management (AUM) of ₹1,400–1,500 crore. This role involves strategic investment planning, market analysis, and effective fund management to enhance the performance of diversified equity portfolios.

## Responsibilities - Develop and execute investment strategies tailored to the equity markets. - Manage a diverse portfolio to achieve optimal returns while adhering to risk management practices. - Analyze market trends and economic data to inform investment decisions. - Collaborate with the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and other stakeholders to align investment strategies with organizational goals. - Monitor fund performance and make adjustments as necessary to meet targets. - Report on fund performance and strategy efficacy to senior management.

## Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, M.Sc.) or relevant certifications (CFA, CA) are preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 10 years of overall industry experience, with at least 3-4 years specifically as a Fund Manager. - Skills: - Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in financial modeling. - Excellent knowledge of equity markets and investment vehicles. - Ability to make decisions under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Expertise in portfolio management and asset allocation.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with Life Insurance, Pension Funds, and Asset Management Companies (AMCs) is highly desirable. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to fund management.
