Job Summary

The Growth Partner is a critical role sitting within the Customer Operations team. This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of US-based clients, understanding their businesses deeply, running B2B outbound campaigns, building a sales pipeline, closing deals, and delivering measurable revenue growth. The role involves direct partnership with clients rather than mere support, effectively operating their growth engine.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of US-based clients, acting as their dedicated growth partner.
  • Execute high-volume B2B outbound outreach (calls, emails) targeting businesses and corporate buyers on behalf of your clients.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline for each account—from prospecting to qualification and closing.
  • Drive measurable, recurring revenue growth across your client portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business, communicating progress, and identifying opportunities for revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop outreach strategies, improve playbooks, and ensure client health.
  • Meet weekly and monthly revenue and activity targets.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years in a phone-heavy sales role, such as insurance, credit cards, edtech, telecom, banking, or similar high-volume outbound environments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ownership mentality—treat client accounts as though they are your own business.
  • Strong relationship-building instinct, capable of closing deals and fostering trust for long-term partnerships.
  • The resilience to handle rejection at volume while maintaining a high level of motivation.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS environments is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales strategies and metrics would be beneficial.

Experience

1-2 years of relevant experience in phone-based sales with a focus on outbound environments.
