## Job Summary The Customer Delight Manager is a strategic role focused on fostering a strong, positive relationship between the brand and its community. This position goes beyond traditional customer support by humanizing the brand, creating memorable experiences, and turning customers into lifelong advocates. The role involves designing engaging interactions, resolving complex issues with empathy, and proactively delivering "wow" moments to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

## Responsibilities - Design and execute customer interactions with Comet that prioritize ease, speed, and emotional connection. - Identify opportunities to surprise and delight customers and initiate key actions based on customer queries. - Act as the internal voice of the customer, translating feedback into operational improvements such as packaging enhancements or warehouse turnaround time (TAT) optimization. - Take high-level ownership of complex queries or escalations, ensuring negative experiences are transformed into positive stories. - Analyze customer behavior data to reduce churn and increase Lifetime Value (LTV) through loyalty initiatives. - Mentor and scale a team of delight associates, fostering a culture of radical empathy and creative problem-solving. - Manage team performance across key metrics, improve productivity through strategic initiatives, and uphold a high standard of customer experience. - Oversee Return to Origin (RTO) and Exchange processes to ensure they are cost-effective for the brand and effortless for customers.

## Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in customer experience or hospitality, preferably within a high-growth consumer brand or consumer tech platform. - Proven experience working closely with operations, supply chain, and logistics teams. - Experience managing a team of delight associates. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Strong problem-solving mindset and proficiency with numbers. - Demonstrated ability to display customer-centric empathy.
