Key Responsibilities - - - - - - - - - - - Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business goals. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards. Lead fundraising initiatives, including equity, debt, and strategic investment partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies. Provide strategic input to the CEO and board on business performance, expansion plans, and risk mitigation. Drive cost optimization, margin improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives. Monitor and manage working capital, capital expenditures, and treasury functions. Establish and enforce strong internal controls, processes, and compliance frameworks. Supervise finance, accounting, legal, and compliance teams; build and scale finance talent as needed. Lead the company’s financial due diligence in M&A or JV opportunities.
