## Job Summary The Head of Supply Chain & Logistics is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods and materials. This role plays a critical part in optimizing logistics processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the company's overall strategic objectives related to supply chain management.

## Responsibilities - Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels. - Oversee procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, production, and finance to align supply chain operations with organizational goals. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and other external partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery of goods. - Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain and logistics team to achieve operational excellence.

## Qualifications - Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related fields. - Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics operations. - Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems. - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees (MBA, MS) preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with international logistics and global supply chain operations. - Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards. - Ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights. - Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

## Experience - Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain and logistics management. - Prior leadership experience in a senior supply chain role is highly desirable.

## Environment - The role may involve in-office work, with potential for hybrid arrangements depending on company policy. - Fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational and multitasking skills. - May require occasional travel to supplier sites, warehouses, or distribution centers.
