Scrabble is hiring for a fast-growing organization in the manufacturing/pharma sector

Role: Head – Organization Development\ Reporting to: CHRO\ Location: Thane, travel to location-specific sites on a need basis across India\ \ Job Function:\ The Head – Organization Development will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide organization development initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, talent pipeline, and a high-performance culture. The role will anchor initiatives across Talent Development, Organization Effectiveness, Culture Building, Change Management, Leadership Development, and Talent Mobility. This role is critical in aligning people capabilities with business growth priorities and enabling long-term organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Development\ • Partner with business leaders to identify emerging capability requirements and build a future-ready talent development ecosystem aligned with the organization’s long-term strategy\ • Develop and institutionalize competency frameworks, ensuring integration across relevant HR processes and talent assessment methodologies\ • Design and implement enterprise-wide leadership development programs to build a robust leadership pipeline\ • Partner with HR Business Partners to drive succession planning, talent reviews, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and career development\ • Design and deploy pathways and programs to enable internal mobility and accelerate talent growth\ • Establish governance, dashboards, and analytics to measure capability development, leadership readiness, and learning effectiveness

Organization Effectiveness & Change Management\ • Lead organization development and change management initiatives supporting organizational transformation and evolving business priorities\ • Drive organization design and effectiveness interventions to improve organizational agility, role clarity, and productivity\ • Design and drive culture-building initiatives by embedding desired behaviors and values into ways of working across the organization\ • Design and leverage listening mechanisms such as employee engagement surveys, culture diagnostics, and organizational assessments to continuously improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness\ • Develop and deploy internal communication strategies to enable structured organization-wide communication around organizational updates, changes, and key initiatives

Requirements, Skills, and Qualification\ • MBA / PGDM in HR or related field\ • 15–20 years of experience in Talent Development / OD / Learning & Development\ • Experience in pharma / manufacturing / regulated industries preferred\ • Strong expertise in Organization Development, Talent Development, Learning & Development, and Change Management, with a proven track record of driving large-scale transformation initiatives\ • Experience with competency frameworks, talent assessment methodologies, leadership development, succession planning, and talent mobility\ • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across levels from shop-floor teams to senior leadership\ • Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with experience leveraging HR technology, dashboards, and analytics to drive organizational effectiveness\ • Excellent communication, facilitation, and workshop management skills
