## Job Summary The role involves contributing to the innovative environment at QICAP.AI, focusing on quantitative investment strategies and leveraging sophisticated technology for wealth management. ## Responsibilities - Develop and implement quantitative models for investment strategies. - Analyze large datasets to inform investment decisions. - Collaborate with team members from various disciplines, including finance, technology, and analytics. - Optimize trading algorithms to enhance execution efficiency. - Monitor and report on performance metrics of investment strategies. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation and statistical analysis. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. - Understanding of financial markets and investment principles. - Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Experience with quantitative analysis or algorithmic trading is preferred.

## Preferred Skills - Masters or advanced degrees in relevant fields (e.g., Finance, Economics, Data Science). - Experience with machine learning techniques in finance. - Knowledge of high-frequency trading environments. - Familiarity with performance analysis and risk management frameworks.
