## Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager based in India to oversee the day-to-day non-clinical operations of a growing U.S.-based healthcare and wellness organization. The role involves managing multiple locations, optimizing processes, and ensuring operational excellence to support organizational growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be accountable, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating with senior leadership.

## Responsibilities - Coordinate daily operations across two U.S. healthcare/wellness locations. - Manage and hold administrative/offshore team members accountable. - Conduct daily operational huddles to align team activities. - Monitor appointment schedules and provider utilization. - Track incoming leads, calls, appointments, and conversions. - Ensure rapid follow-up on missed calls and leads. - Monitor cancellations, no-shows, and patient recalls. - Coordinate billing, revenue cycle management (RCM), and prior-authorization workflows. - Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Manage projects and deadlines effectively. - Coordinate with vendors and technology platforms. - Identify bottlenecks and recommend automation and process improvements. - Produce daily and weekly management dashboards. - Escalate clinical, financial, or operational issues appropriately. - Maintain strict HIPAA/privacy standards to ensure patient confidentiality and data security.

## Qualifications - 5+ years of experience working with U.S. healthcare organizations. - Proven experience supporting U.S. medical practices, healthcare groups, MSOs, medical billing organizations, wellness companies, medspas, or multisite healthcare organizations. - Demonstrated experience in team management and operations. - Strong knowledge of patient scheduling, revenue-cycle concepts, and KPI reporting. - Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and SOP development. - Experience with healthcare EHR/practice-management platforms and automation systems. - Excellent communication skills and spoken English. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with healthcare EHR and practice management platforms. - Familiarity with healthcare automation tools. - Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills. - Ability to manage remote teams across multiple locations. - Knowledge of HIPAA/privacy standards.

## Experience - Minimum of 5 years in healthcare operations, specifically supporting U.S. healthcare entities. - Prior experience managing teams of varying sizes. - Proven track record of improving operational KPIs and process efficiencies.

## Environment - Remote work based in India. - Collaboration with U.S.-based teams during U.S. business hours, with significant overlap with Arizona time. - Work involves managing multiple locations and coordinating with vendors and technology platforms. - The role requires adherence to HIPAA/privacy standards and maintaining confidentiality.
