Inside Sales Representative, India (US Market focussed)

## Company Overview The company is an agentic SAP (Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing) transformation platform founded in 2025. It leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents to perform SAP engineering tasks typically requiring large consulting teams. These tasks include migrating custom code from SAP ECC (ERP Central Component) to S/4HANA (SAP's current ERP on the HANA database), cleaning the core system, and testing and supporting SAP post go-live. Every change is validated against the original system and approved by the client’s experts. The company serves manufacturers in India and the United States, with pilot projects underway in Europe.

## Job Summary As the first in-house outbound seller, you will initiate conversations with IT leaders at US manufacturing companies running SAP. Your primary goal is to book qualified meetings for the US sales team and company founders. You will manage the entire outbound sales process, including research, outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls, and contribute to developing the sales playbook from the outset. This role operates on US hours and is based onsite in Gurugram.

## Responsibilities - Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers such as Chief Information Officers (CIOs), heads of SAP, and IT directors. - Execute multi-step, personalized outreach campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn tailored to each account’s SAP environment. - Qualify prospects and book 6–8 qualified meetings per month once fully ramped. - Manage invitation campaigns for advisory boards, webinars, and events. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. - Provide weekly reports on meetings, sales pipeline status, and outreach effectiveness.

## Qualifications - 2–4 years of experience in outbound sales development targeting US enterprise buyers, preferably working US shifts. - Proven track record of booking meetings and generating sales pipeline. - Proficient in using sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo or Apollo, sales outreach platforms, dialers, and CRM systems. - Strong curiosity about technology with the patience to learn SAP terminology. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage IT leaders effectively.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in inside sales within SAP or IT services companies. - Background in selling to IT leaders at manufacturing firms. - Familiarity with AI-assisted prospecting tools such as Clay.

## Experience - 2 to 4 years of relevant outbound sales development experience focused on US enterprise markets.

## Environment - Location: Gurugram, India (on-site). - Work Hours: US business hours, approximately 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM India Standard Time (IST). - Full-time position with night-shift allowance and cab facility provided.

## Salary - Fixed compensation: ₹10–12 lakh per annum. - Variable compensation: ₹3–4 lakh per annum based on qualified meetings held (uncapped). - Additional benefits include night-shift allowance and cab service.
