## Job Summary The Hospital Pharmacy Inventory Executive is responsible for managing the inventory of medications and supplies within the pharmacy department. This role is crucial to ensure that all pharmacy operations run smoothly and efficiently, supporting the overall mission of the healthcare facility.

## Responsibilities - Monitor and manage the pharmacy inventory to ensure optimal stock levels. - Oversee the ordering, receiving, and storage of pharmaceutical supplies and equipment. - Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies. - Collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare providers to assess medication needs. - Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and assist in budget management. - Ensure compliance with governmental and institutional regulations regarding pharmacy inventory.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, or a related field. - Proven experience in pharmacy inventory management or related roles. - Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and pharmacy regulations. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Proficient in pharmacy management software and inventory systems.

## Preferred Skills - Certification in Pharmacy Inventory Management. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to hospital pharmacies. - Experience with automated inventory management systems.

## Experience Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a pharmacy inventory management role or similar position.
