## Job Summary The Investment Analyst will be responsible for managing the end-to-end deal lifecycle, from origination to execution. This role is critical in supporting deal sourcing, performing in-depth analyses, and preparing various key documentation, all of which contribute significantly to the success of the organization’s investment strategies.

## Responsibilities - Work on end-to-end deal lifecycle from origination to execution. - Support deal sourcing through market mapping, competitor analysis, and company profiling. - Conduct industry deep-dives and peer benchmarking. - Build financial models and perform valuation analysis along with scenario analysis. - Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal committees and external stakeholders. - Actively contribute to live transactions, including project management and deal execution. - Collaborate closely with global investment teams on day-to-day deal work.

## Qualifications - Education: MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field from a global university. - Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity. - Strong understanding of financial analysis and valuation. - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. - Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses a team-driven mindset. - Hands-on experience with equity market deals across multiple sectors.

## Preferred Skills - Additional certifications in finance or investment analysis may be advantageous.

## Experience - At least 2+ years of relevant experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity.

## Environment The position is based in Bengaluru and may involve collaboration with global teams, suggesting some flexibility in working arrangements.
