## Job Summary We are seeking a Financial Analyst with 3–7 years of experience. The role involves conducting in-depth research, financial modeling, and valuation, as well as financial statement analysis. The analyst will actively engage with stakeholders to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the investment team, playing a critical role in supporting investment decisions.

## Responsibilities - Conduct in-depth financial research and analysis to support investment recommendations. - Develop and maintain detailed financial models and valuations. - Perform financial statement analysis to assess company performance and stability. - Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and present findings. - Collaborate with the investment team to refine investment strategies based on research outcomes. - Provide actionable insights to improve investment performance and decision-making.

## Qualifications - Education: Strong academic pedigree; degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred. - Experience: 3–7 years of experience in financial analysis or investment-related roles. - Strong grasp of accounting standards, financial analysis, and valuation methodologies. - Proficiency in financial modeling and statistical analysis. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. - Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) covering the consumer sector is a plus. - Familiarity with advanced financial software and tools.

## Experience 3–7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and investment roles.
