## Job Summary The role involves working on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and fundraising mandates, contributing to various aspects of transaction execution and investor relations. The candidate will be pivotal in financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and preparing presentation materials, while engaging closely with founders, investors, and clients.

## Responsibilities - Work on M&A and fundraising mandates. - Perform financial modelling and valuation, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), comparables, and benchmarking. - Coordinate due diligence processes. - Prepare Information Memorandums (IMs), pitch decks, and investor presentations. - Conduct investor outreach and manage investor relations. - Provide support for transaction execution. - Work closely with founders, investors, and clients. - Assist in cross-border and strategic transactions.

## Qualifications - Experience: 2–8 years in relevant fields. - Strong exposure to: - M&A and fundraising mandates. - Financial modelling and DCF analysis. - Due diligence processes. - Investor communication strategies. - Transaction execution support. - Educational qualifications are typically expected to be in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

## Preferred Skills - Background in boutique investment banking firms or transaction advisory firms. - Experience with front-end deal execution is a plus.

## Experience - 2–8 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or relevant fields.

## Environment - The role is based in Hyderabad, providing direct interaction with founders, investors, clients, and transaction stakeholders, with exposure to the end-to-end deal lifecycle and execution.

## Salary - Compensation is approximately 28–29 LPA for the right fit.
