Key Account Manager

## Job Summary Powerhouse91 is seeking a Key Account Manager to oversee strategic marketplace accounts and stimulate business growth. This role is integral in managing account performance, discovering new opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and fostering robust relationships with marketplace partners.

## Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned marketplace/key accounts. - Drive revenue, sales, and profitability targets for respective accounts. - Develop account plans and identify opportunities for business growth. - Monitor sales, inventory levels, pricing, promotions, and product performance. - Plan and execute marketplace promotions, campaigns, and product launches. - Analyze account data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities. - Coordinate with sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations teams. - Resolve account-related issues and ensure timely execution of business requirements. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable business insights. - Maintain strong relationships with marketplace stakeholders and negotiate business opportunities.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. - Experience in e-commerce, Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), consumer goods, marketplaces, or retail preferred. - Strong understanding of marketplace operations and commercial metrics. - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with strong analytical skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. - Results-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.

## Preferred Skills - Prior experience in account management within marketplace ecosystems. - Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.

## Experience - Relevant experience in e-commerce or account management roles is preferred, with a focus on driving business growth.

## Environment - Work location is Sector 67, Gurugram, with a 5 Days - Work from Office setup.
