## Job Summary The Logistic Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics operations of the organization. This role ensures the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods, contributing to the overall supply chain effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

## Responsibilities - Plan and oversee the transportation and delivery of goods to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution. - Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to streamline logistics processes. - Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movements to prevent shortages or overstocking. - Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory transactions. - Negotiate with transportation providers and freight forwarders to secure optimal rates and services. - Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation and safety regulations.

## Qualifications - Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields. - Strong organizational and coordination skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications. - Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards. - Educational qualification: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with ERP systems related to logistics. - Fluency in multiple languages. - Certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics (e.g., CSCP, CLTD). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

## Experience - Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain roles. - Experience working with transportation providers, warehouses, and inventory management.
