## Job Summary The Manager Finance at Melligeri Family Office will oversee financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support strategic financial planning. ## Responsibilities - Collaborate with accounting firms and auditors to prepare accurate financial statements. - Prepare consolidated financial statements, including schedules of the ultimate holding company, in accordance with IFRS standards. - Develop and maintain financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. - Manage day-to-day accounting activities for overseas entities and individual accounts. - Deliver regular management reports to facilitate informed decision-making. - Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring data accuracy and security. - Lead and coordinate important projects related to financial systems and processes. - Implement and optimize accounting software solutions to streamline financial operations.

## Qualifications - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting. - Proven experience in accounting and preparing IFRS-compliant financial statements. - Strong understanding of day-to-day financial operations. - Knowledge of income tax laws and compliance. - Proficiency in managing financial data and reporting. - Educational qualifications: CA certification. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with implementing accounting software systems. - Familiarity with multiple accounting packages, including Tally. - Exposure to international finance operations and multi-time zone work. - Advanced skills in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Detail-oriented with meticulous organizational skills. - Ability to learn new systems and adapt to evolving financial technologies.

## Experience - At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or family office management. - Prior experience in preparing IFRS financials and managing international finance operations.
