## Job Summary The Manager – Investor Relations Operations will be responsible for managing and enhancing the investor servicing and operational functions across Blume Ventures’ platform. This role involves centralized investor servicing, communication, data management, and coordination with Fund Controllers to ensure timely and accurate responses to investor queries. The position is execution-oriented, emphasizing end-to-end investor relations operations beyond NAV-related activities, with a focus on accuracy, process efficiency, and stakeholder management.

## Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day investor servicing activities across multiple funds and investor types, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. - Act as a central point of coordination for investor-related operational queries and requests, liaising with internal teams and Fund Controllers. - Maintain accurate investor records, data, and documentation to ensure data integrity and compliance. - Coordinate and manage recurring investor communications, including preparing reports, information requests, and updates. - Perform or oversee investor-level calculations and data extractions from fund and accounting systems, supporting the preparation of investor statements and reports. - Support fund and investor coordination by working closely with Fund Controllers, fund administrators, and other service providers to meet operational standards and timelines. - Implement and maintain strong operational controls around investor data, communications, and documentation, identifying process gaps and supporting improvements. - Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive investor information, maintaining audit trails and documentation for compliance.

## Qualifications - 8-10 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations Operations, Fund Operations, Fund Administration, or Alternative Investment Operations. - Strong experience with fund administrators such as CAMS, BAsis, or similar organizations. - End-to-end exposure to IR Operations, including investor servicing, data management, and reporting, beyond NAV preparation. - Experience servicing multiple funds and diverse investor/LP profiles. - Proficiency in investor communications, data analysis, calculations, and query resolution. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Strong attention to detail, ownership of deliverables, and process orientation. - Educational qualifications: Professional qualification such as CA, CFA, CS, MBA is not mandatory; relevant hands-on experience is prioritized.

## Preferred Skills - Familiarity with fund accounting systems and MS Excel. - Ability to work in a process-driven, accuracy-critical environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to process improvements. - Experience working with fund administrators and external stakeholders. - Knowledge of LP structures and investor reporting standards.

## Experience - 8-10 years of relevant experience in investor relations, fund operations, or fund administration. - Proven track record of managing investor servicing functions and operational workflows in a fund or asset management environment.
