## Job Summary The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) channels. This role involves managing branding, public relations, and social media initiatives to enhance the company's market presence and drive business growth. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective campaign execution.

## Responsibilities - Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies focusing on ATL and BTL advertising, branding, and public relations. - Manage and oversee social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. - Coordinate with creative and media agencies to execute advertising campaigns aligned with company goals. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results. - Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials. - Organize and oversee PR activities, events, and promotional initiatives to enhance brand reputation.

## Qualifications - Proven experience in marketing management, specifically in ATL, BTL, branding, PR, and social media. - Strong understanding of marketing channels, campaign planning, and execution. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. - Proficiency in social media management tools and digital marketing platforms. - Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. - Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in the relevant industry or niche market. - Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. - Strong network within media, PR, and advertising agencies.
