## Job Summary The Medical Representative for Chosen by Dr. Retina will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with dermatologists, skin specialists, aesthetic doctors, clinics, and pharmacies. The role focuses on promoting the brand’s skincare, haircare, and beauty products, driving product recommendations, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories. This position plays a vital role in expanding the brand’s presence through effective field sales activities and market engagement.

## Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, skin specialists, aesthetic doctors, and skin clinics. - Leverage existing doctor and pharmacy relationships to introduce and promote Chosen by Dr. Retina products. - Drive product recommendations and generate demand through regular interactions with doctors and clinics. - Identify, onboard, and develop relevant pharmacies, clinics, and retail accounts. - Ensure product availability and proper stock management at associated pharmacies. - Conduct regular field visits, follow-ups, and product education sessions with doctors, clinics, and pharmacy partners. - Develop new accounts while managing and strengthening existing relationships. - Track sales, orders, account activity, and gather market feedback within the assigned territory. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, product movement, and market trends to inform sales strategies.

## Qualifications - 2–5 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, dermatology/cosmeceutical sales, skincare, or healthcare sales. - Strong existing network among dermatologists, skin clinics, aesthetic doctors, and pharmacies (highly preferred). - Experience handling dermatology, skincare, cosmeceuticals, haircare, or aesthetic products. - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. - Comfortable with field sales and conducting regular doctor/clinic visits. - Proven ability to acquire and manage accounts and drive product sales. - Good understanding of the local doctor, clinic, and pharmacy ecosystem. - Established network in the respective territory.

## Preferred Skills - Background in dermatology, cosmeceuticals, skincare, aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare brands. - Active network of dermatologists and skin clinics. - Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.

## Experience - 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in medical, skincare, or healthcare sales.

## Environment - Field sales role requiring regular visits to doctors, clinics, and pharmacies. - Territorial-based work with frequent travel within the assigned locations. - Dynamic and target-driven environment focused on expanding brand presence.
