## Job Summary Gully Labs is seeking an Offline Retail Head to lead and manage the overall offline retail business. The role involves end-to-end ownership of the P&L, store performance, customer experience, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will focus on optimizing the existing retail portfolio while strategically expanding offline retail presence, contributing to the company's growth and profitability.

## Responsibilities - Own the overall P&L for the offline retail business, driving revenue and profitability across the store network. - Monitor and improve key retail metrics, including store-level revenue, conversion rates, average basket size, number of items per transaction, sales targets, store productivity, and overall operational performance. - Identify opportunities to optimize existing stores and enhance business performance through data-driven insights. - Establish and continuously improve SOPs and processes across the retail network to ensure operational consistency and efficiency. - Drive operational excellence by maintaining best-in-class customer experience, adherence to retail standards, and efficient inventory management. - Support retail expansion efforts by evaluating new store opportunities, planning expansion strategies, and ensuring sustainable growth with a target of increasing the retail portfolio by at least 50% within a year. - Lead cross-functional collaboration with fulfillment, customer support, and corporate teams to ensure seamless retail operations and achievement of business objectives. - Manage and support the retail team, including junior resources handling day-to-day operations, while owning overall business performance and operational outcomes.

## Qualifications - Proven experience in retail management, preferably with P&L ownership. - Strong understanding of retail operations, process optimization, and SOP development. - Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and improve retail metrics. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Proficiency in retail analytics and performance monitoring. - Experience in retail expansion planning and execution. - Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field; MBA is a plus. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in offline retail expansion and portfolio growth. - Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail technology. - Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. - Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional retail experiences. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

## Experience - Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in retail management, with a focus on store operations, P&L management, and expansion. - Prior experience leading a team and managing multiple retail outlets is preferred.

## Environment - Location: Onsite at Okhla. - Work setting: Office-based with store visits; collaborative environment. - Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment requiring adaptability, leadership, and operational focus.
