What You’ll Be Doing:

Work directly with the Founder & Leadership Team on high-impact operational initiatives across supply chain, procurement, fulfillment, customer experience, and business operations.

Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps, improving workflows, and implementing scalable solutions.

Execute strategic operational projects to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost optimization.

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, logistics, technology, finance, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution.

Monitor operational performance through data analysis, dashboards, and KPIs, driving continuous improvement.

Lead execution of high-priority business initiatives with speed, ownership, and attention to detail.

Solve complex operational challenges and build scalable systems to support the company's next phase of growth.

Who You Are:

A first-principles thinker who enjoys solving operational challenges from the ground up.

A quick learner who adapts easily to dynamic business environments.

Someone who thrives in ambiguity—you take ownership and proactively drive solutions.

A data-driven decision-maker who leverages insights to improve operational performance.

A hands-on executor who can transform ideas into efficient processes and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in consulting, startups, business strategy, or operations.

Strong analytical skills & problem-solving mindset.

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

A bias for action—someone who gets things done!

Prior experience in consumer brands, operations, or growth roles is a plus.
