Outbound BDR | Scrabble

About the Role

Scrabble is expanding into North America, and we're hiring an Outbound BDR to help lead that growth. This is a hands-on role where you'll be doing real outbound work, cold calls, cold emails, and follow-up sequences, while talking directly to founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers.

We're looking for someone who is a hunter at heart, with the entrepreneurial mindset to build 0 to 1, and who wants to be more than a meeting-setter. Over time, this person can help shape our entire North America GTM motion itself.

What You'll Do

  • Run outbound outreach through cold calls, cold email, and sequences
  • Research accounts and identify the right business trigger or pain point before reaching out
  • Talk directly to founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers, and be comfortable doing so
  • Sell the outcome, not the product, lead with value and credibility.
  • Identify where external services could create value for a business
  • Operate with ambiguity and build the playbook rather than wait for one

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR, or in a B2B sales role focused on enterprise selling to North America
  • Strong communicator, disciplined about follow-ups, process, and CRM hygiene
  • Sharp written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working US shift hours
