Key Responsibilities Guest Relations & Outreach

● Identify, source, and onboard relevant guests for various company IPs across formats (podcasts, shows, events, digital content, etc.).

● Manage end-to-end guest coordination, including outreach, follow-ups, confirmations, and scheduling.

● Build and maintain a strong database of guests, industry contacts, creators, and public figures.

● Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. PR & Events

● Represent the company at 2–3 PR, media, and industry events per week.

● Network and socialise with industry professionals, talent, agencies, and partners on behalf of the company.

● Identify potential collaborations, partnerships, and guest opportunities through events and industry interactions.

● Share post-event reports and insights, including leads, contacts, and potential opportunities. Brand Representation

● Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the company is represented professionally and positively at all times. ● Coordinate with internal teams (content, production, partnerships, and marketing) to align guest strategy with IP goals. ● Support relationship-building initiatives that strengthen the company’s presence within the industry. Requirements & Skills ● 1–4 years of experience in PR, guest relations, talent management, media, or a similar role. ● Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills. ● Comfortable attending events, socialising, and building relationships in professional settings. ● Well-organised with strong follow-up and coordination abilities. ● Confident, presentable, and articulate. ● Familiarity with the media, content, influencer, or entertainment ecosystem is a plus. ● Willingness to work flexible hours based on events and shoot schedules.
