## Job Summary The Private Banker will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring that the financial needs of high-net-worth individuals are met. This position is vital for contributing to the company's overall goals of growth and client satisfaction within the wealth management arena.

## Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients. - Manage a portfolio with a minimum Assets Under Management (AUM) of 200 crores. - Provide personalized financial advice and investment strategies to clients. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to broaden the client base. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.

## Qualifications - Proven experience in private banking or wealth management. - Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage client portfolios effectively. - Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Relevant certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are preferred.

## Preferred Skills - Proficiency in financial analysis and investment strategy formulation. - Strong networking abilities and existing client relationships. - Knowledge of local market trends and regulations.

## Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with a track record of managing a clientele of 10 to 15 crores and upwards.

## Environment The position is based in Bangalore and involves both in-office interaction and client meetings, ensuring a dynamic work environment that fosters client engagement and relationship building.
