## Looking for Mint Oil & Essential Oil R&D Specialists\ \ Jigsaw is hiring for an established B2B ingredients & specialty chemicals manufacturer looking for a hands-on R&D professional with strong expertise in essential oils, mint oils and aroma chemical-based formulations.\ \ 🎯 We are looking for:\ 🔹 Hands-on experience with mint oils / menthol derivatives\ 🔹 Experience analysing customer samples using GC profiles\ 🔹 Ability to compare GC profiles, identify differences and match peppermint, spearmint or cornmint oils\ 🔹 Experience building close matches using stocks and fractions\ 🔹 Proven experience developing RCOs (Reconstituted Oils) / standardised / nature-identical oils\ 🔹 Experience formulating oils such as lemongrass, palmarosa, lavender, clove, dill, tea tree or similar\ 🔹 Ability to formulate against GC profile + odour + cost targets\ 🔹 Strong understanding of aroma chemicals, fractions and their pricing\ 🔹 Practical, hands-on formulation and product development approach\ 🔹 Willingness to work from factory-based in Sambhal

Environment

  • Factory-based work environment in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh.
  • Hands-on laboratory and production setting.
  • Physical work involving handling chemicals and operating analytical equipment.
  • Willingness to work on-site at the manufacturing facility.
