## Job Summary The Regional Head for Banking, National Distributor, and Private Wealth Channel is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the strategic growth and operational excellence of these channels within the Mumbai region. ## Responsibilities - Develop and execute regional strategies for Banking, National Distributors, and Private Wealth channels to meet business objectives. - Lead, motivate, and manage regional teams to ensure high performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to expand the organization’s market presence. - Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordingly. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and compliance to ensure seamless service delivery. - Drive business growth through innovative initiatives, targeted campaigns, and effective distribution channels.

## Qualifications - Proven experience in senior leadership roles within banking, distribution, or private wealth management. - Strong understanding of financial products, banking operations, and wealth management services. - Excellent strategic planning, leadership, and team management skills. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships at senior levels. - Sound knowledge of regional market dynamics and regulatory environment. - Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. - Key technical skills: Financial analysis, strategic planning, client relationship management, team leadership, regulatory compliance, sales and marketing strategies.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in managing large teams across multiple channels. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Knowledge of digital banking and fintech solutions. - Multilingual abilities relevant to the Mumbai region.

## Experience - Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in banking, distribution, or private wealth channels. - Prior experience in a senior leadership or regional head role is highly desirable.

## Environment - The role is based in Mumbai, with a mix of in-office and field activities. - The environment involves high-level client interactions, team leadership, and strategic planning. - May require travel within the region and occasional visits to other locations.
