Institutional Sales - West - Regional Head for UTI Mutual Fund

## Job Summary The Regional Head for Institutional Sales in the West region is responsible for leading and managing sales operations across institutional clients. This role is crucial to driving business growth, developing client relationships, and ensuring that UTI Mutual Fund meets its sales targets while adhering to the firm's values and standards.

## Responsibilities - Lead the institutional sales team in the West region to achieve sales targets. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients, including corporations, foundations, and pension funds. - Identify growth opportunities and strategize approaches to enhance UTI's footprint in the institutional market. - Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and client feedback to the senior management. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create tailor-made investment solutions for clients.

## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. - Proven track record in institutional sales, specifically within the financial or mutual funds industry. - Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively. - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in managing a diverse client portfolio. - Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing mutual funds is a plus. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.

## Experience Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in institutional sales, with a focus on mutual funds or asset management.
