Sales Rep / Account Manager/ Account Executive

## Job Summary The Sales Rep / Account Manager / Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales and managing accounts within the Rewards and Engagement platform space. This role involves both hunting for new clients (primarily) and farming existing accounts to increase revenue. The ideal candidate will showcase a strong sales track record and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

## Responsibilities - Develop target account plans to penetrate new accounts and grow net new revenue in existing accounts. - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and post-order paperwork closure. - Achieve annual sales quotas while managing pipeline requirements and providing accurate sales forecasts. - Build strong relationships and map stakeholders, particularly C-level executives, to ensure sales success. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize sales efforts and customer satisfaction. - Utilize CRM tools to manage sales processes and pipelines effectively.

## Qualifications - Education: Post Graduate degree (MBA). - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and sales forecasting. - Familiarity with Social Selling tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus. - Experience with sales methodologies such as BANT, MEDDICC, and Miller Heiman Blue Sheet. - Soft Skills: - Strong influencing and communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. - Proven capability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

## Preferred Skills - Knowledge of market trends and competitive intelligence in the Rewards and Engagement business. - Experience with managing RFI / RFP processes. - Capable of articulating product offerings and delivering impactful presentations.

## Experience - 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales, specifically with Rewards and Engagement platform solutions in India. - A stable job history with a minimum of 2 years in the last two roles. - Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets over at least two years. - Experience working in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.

## Environment - Location preference is Mumbai, with the option of Bangalore pending fortnightly travel. - Role Type: Individual Contributor, expected to manage personal sales activities.
