## Job Summary The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. This role plays a critical part in supporting the organization’s financial health and strategic decision-making.

## Responsibilities - Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation. - Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management review. - Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and internal policies related to financial transactions. - Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. - Implement and improve accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

## Qualifications - Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards. - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.

## Preferred Skills - Certification such as CA (Chartered Accountant), CMA, or CPA is a plus. - Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

## Experience - Minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a corporate environment.

## Environment - Location: India. - Work setting: Likely in-office, with potential for hybrid arrangements depending on company policies. - The role involves standard office conditions with typical desk-based tasks.

## Salary - INR 600,000 to INR 1,500,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
