Senior Manager — Business Finance (Distribution & E-Commerce)

## Job Summary The Senior Manager — Business Finance (Distribution & E-Commerce) will oversee financial operations related to the distribution and e-commerce channels of Agilitas’ brands, including Lotto, One8, and other brands across multiple sales channels. This role is critical in managing channel profitability, P&L ownership, and ensuring financial discipline across distributor and marketplace partnerships. The position reports directly to the CFO and plays a key role in driving strategic financial decisions to support the company's growth objectives.

## Responsibilities - Own the P&L and margin bridge for distribution channels, including distributor discounts, credit terms, secondary sales tracking, and scheme/incentive costs. - Partner with sales and commercial teams on distributor onboarding, credit limit setting, and defining channel-specific commercial terms. - Manage monthly revenue recognition across channels, ensuring compliance with internal policies and IND AS 115, including tracking primary and secondary sales. - Track and reconcile distributor claims (credit notes, incentives), ensuring timely collections and customer reconciliations. - Own the e-commerce/marketplace channel P&L, including platform commissions, marketing fees, return costs, and SKU/EAN-level net realization. - Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize claims for SPF and other incentives as per commercial agreements. - Reconcile order-to-cash processes and ensure timely closure of receivables and resolution of open items. - Develop channel profitability comparisons (distribution vs. e-commerce vs. D2C) to inform pricing strategies and channel mix decisions. - Support monthly/quarterly channel business reviews, including budget vs. actual analysis, contribution margins, and working capital management. - Contribute to channel data room inputs for investor and Board presentations.

## Qualifications - 4–5 years of experience in business finance / FP&A, with direct exposure to multiple sales channels, including e-commerce/marketplace finance within consumer goods, apparel, footwear, or FMCG sectors. - Strong understanding of revenue recognition, scheme structures, secondary sales tracking, and marketplace commercial models (commission, performance marketing, sales return tracking). - CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. - Excellent analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel. - Proven ability to own channel P&Ls independently and engage directly with sales and commercial teams. - Knowledge of financial reconciliation processes, credit management, and revenue policies.

## Preferred Skills - Experience working with digital marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra. - Familiarity with IND AS 115 and other relevant accounting standards. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision. - Prior experience in consumer brands, sportswear, or retail sectors.

## Experience - 4–5 years of relevant experience in business finance, FP&A, or related roles. - Experience working with distribution channels, e-commerce platforms, and marketplace models.

## Environment This role is based in Bengaluru and involves working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The position may require collaboration across multiple teams including sales, supply chain, and finance. The work setting is primarily office-based, with potential for remote interactions with external partners and stakeholders.
