Strategic Design Leadership ● Drive the product design lifecycle, from conceptualization to final implementation, ensuring exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms. ● Set and maintain a long-term vision for product design that aligns with business goals and user needs.

User-Centric Design Expertise ● Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and market analysis to create products that exceed user expectations. ● Anticipate global user needs, particularly in international markets and cross-border financial services. Cross-Functional Collaboration ● Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on ambitious goals and bring innovative ideas to life. ● Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity and excellence. Design Systems and Standards ● Build and scale robust design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products and platforms. Problem Solving at Scale ● Solve complex design challenges with a blend of creative and analytical approaches, delivering impactful solutions quickly and effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, UX Design, or a related field. Experience: 7–9 years of experience in product design, demonstrated by a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions and measurable impact. Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments, ideally in startups or fintech companies. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite, along with a solid understanding of interaction design and information architecture.
