Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of technology products that solve complex operational challenges and drive business growth. This role involves close collaboration with leadership, engineering, and operations teams to define product strategy, execute the roadmap and build scalable solutions in a fast paced startup environment. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, takes full ownership and has experience building products in high growth consumer tech businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem discovery and roadmap planning to execution and launch.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to build scalable product solutions.
  • Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on business impact, customer feedback, and data.
  • Define product metrics, track performance, and continuously optimize the user experience.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience.
  • Prior experience in a startup or high growth environment.
  • Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, logistics, mobility, supply chain, or marketplace businesses is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of product development, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy and execute complex initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience building products that support large-scale operational workflows.
  • Strong data driven decision making skills with experience using product analytics.
  • Ability to influence cross functional teams and work closely with senior leadership.

Experience
