## Job Summary The FIRI-AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for developing and refining machine learning models and AI frameworks to optimize product recommendations and enhance user experiences. This role contributes significantly to Firi's mission of transforming the online beauty shopping experience by leveraging innovative technology and data.

## Responsibilities - Refine AI agent frameworks with tool-calling, multi-step planning, and context engineering. - Architect high-performance systems to facilitate personalized, reliable interactions at a global scale. - Build and optimize data pipelines utilizing real-time user signals for continuous personalization. - Scale and fine-tune search and recommendation engines to ensure minimal latency and a frictionless user experience. - Design and develop intuitive user interactions that redefine the online shopping experience with AI.

## Qualifications - Experience: 6-8 years of experience in building applications using Machine Learning, particularly with Large Language Models (LLMs), in a product-focused company. - Technical Skills: - Proficient in Python programming. - Expert in PostgreSQL database management. - Strong understanding of machine learning principles and practices. - Soft Skills: - Passionate about AI's transformative potential. - Committed to developing indispensable tools that users rely on daily.

## Preferred Skills - Familiarity with real-time data processing and personalization techniques. - Experience in e-commerce or related industries. - Knowledge of user interface design principles.

## Experience Candidates should have a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in machine learning and AI development within a product-oriented company.
