## Job Summary The Senior Manager of Warehouse Operations will oversee the comprehensive management of warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all operational aspects. This role is pivotal in optimizing inventory management, workforce deployment, and logistics strategies to meet the organization’s goals.

## Responsibilities - Lead and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods. - Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure warehouse targets are met. - Manage a team of warehouse staff, including training, performance evaluations, and scheduling. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations. - Collaborate with other departments to support overall organizational objectives.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or operations. - Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software. - Exceptional leadership and team management skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

## Preferred Skills - Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP). - Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. - Experience with cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.

## Experience - At least 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, with a focus on leadership roles.
