## Job Summary The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end supply chain operations within the organization. This role ensures the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods, materials, and information from suppliers to customers, supporting the company's overall strategic objectives and operational excellence.

## Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and monitor supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. - Coordinate procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of products. - Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to forecast demand, plan inventory, and manage supply chain risks. - Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for continuous improvement. - Negotiate contracts and establish strong relationships with suppliers and logistics providers. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols across all supply chain activities.

## Qualifications - Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement (minimum 3-5 years preferred). - Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics operations. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are a plus. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with international supply chain operations. - Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

## Experience - Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or logistics roles. - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is preferred.

## Environment - The role may involve in-office work, with potential for hybrid or remote arrangements depending on company policy. - The position requires coordination with global suppliers and logistics providers, which may involve occasional travel. - The work environment is typically office-based but may include site visits to warehouses or distribution centers.
