## Responsibilities - Employer Branding & Employee Value Proposition (EVP): Align corporate culture with customer-facing brand values to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice. - Cross-Industry Sourcing: Attract a diverse mix of talent by headhunting candidates from fashion design, performance sports science, e-commerce, and supply chain logistics. - Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Implement hiring practices that foster a diverse workforce, driving creativity and relevance in the market. - Community-Led Hiring: Engage in grassroots marketing and sponsorships, attend industry events (e.g., ISPO, FIBO) to connect with passionate candidates who advocate for the brand.

## Qualifications - Educational Background: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. - Soft Skills: Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team-oriented environment. - Experience with DEI Initiatives: Familiarity with diversity hiring practices and community engagement. - Knowledge in Industry Trends: Awareness of athleisure trends and the competitive landscape in fashion and sports. - Marketing Acumen: Ability to leverage marketing strategies for recruitment efforts.
