Tech Lead - Android

## Job Summary The Tech Lead - Android will be responsible for leading the Android development team in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality mobile applications. This role is crucial in driving technical excellence and ensuring the team meets its objectives. The Tech Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable applications that meet user needs and contribute to the organization’s goals.

## Responsibilities - Lead and mentor the Android development team in best practices and coding standards. - Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of Android applications. - Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define app requirements and specifications. - Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Android development process. - Implement and maintain software version control and build processes.

## Qualifications - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java or Kotlin, Android SDK, and mobile architecture. - Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Android development with proven experience leading development projects. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Knowledge of RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud message APIs. - Understanding of UI/UX design principles and mobile app deployment processes.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git. - Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks is a plus.

## Experience Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Android development, with a strong track record of leading development teams and delivering successful mobile applications.
