Backend Engineer

## Job Summary The Backend Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side applications, ensuring the application is scalable, reliable, and secure. This role is critical in delivering high-quality software that aligns with the business objectives and user needs.

## Responsibilities - Design and implement server-side applications and APIs that are efficient and scalable. - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements. - Write clean, maintainable, and tested code while adhering to established coding standards. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize various components of the server architecture. - Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

## Qualifications - Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js). - Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Familiarity with RESTful services and web service architecture. - Strong understanding of version control systems, such as Git. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. - Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. - Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with microservices architecture. - Solid understanding of agile development practices. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

## Experience 1-3 years of relevant experience in backend development.
