## Responsibilities - Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and enhance designs. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design ideas. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure designs are competitive and innovative. - Maintain design documentation and specifications for development teams.

## Qualifications - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar applications. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility guidelines. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to articulate design decisions. - Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - A portfolio demonstrating a range of design work and methodologies. - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields is preferred.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with design systems and component libraries. - Familiarity with motion design and animations. - Experience in conducting user interviews and usability tests.
