## Job Summary The Retail Sales Head for Mumbai is responsible for leading and managing the retail sales operations within the Mumbai region. Reporting directly to Govind Gavas or Gaurav Goyal, the role involves developing strategic sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The position plays a critical role in enhancing the company's market presence and customer engagement in the retail sector.

## Responsibilities - Develop and implement comprehensive retail sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets. - Lead, motivate, and manage the Mumbai retail sales team to ensure high performance and productivity. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives. - Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making.

## Qualifications - Proven experience in retail sales management, preferably in the Mumbai region. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. - Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. - Knowledge of the retail industry and regional market dynamics.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with retail operations and customer service excellence. - Ability to analyze sales metrics and derive actionable insights. - Strong networking skills within the retail and consumer sectors. - Multilingual abilities, especially Hindi, Marathi, and English.

## Experience Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in retail sales management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
