Senior Vice President - North

## Job Summary The Senior Vice President - North will be responsible for leading and expanding ENAM’s presence in the North market. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President & Head of Channel Sales, Shashank Singh, this role focuses on driving the growth of Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) assets under management (AUM). The incumbent will play a pivotal role in delivering sustained revenue growth, developing strategic client relationships, and executing market expansion initiatives within the North region.

## Responsibilities - Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to grow PMS and AIF AUM in the North market. - Drive business development activities, including client acquisition, relationship management, and retention strategies. - Collaborate with internal teams to tailor investment solutions that meet client needs and market demands. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks. - Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement. - Represent ENAM at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

## Qualifications - Proven experience in driving PMS/AIF AUM growth, particularly in the North Indian market. - Strong understanding of asset management, investment products, and financial markets. - Excellent client relationship management and business development skills. - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. - Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing PMS and AIF segments.

## Preferred Skills - Existing network of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients in North India. - Experience working with or within asset management firms or financial institutions. - Ability to lead and motivate a sales team. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. - Multilingual skills relevant to the North Indian market are a plus.

## Experience - Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in asset management, wealth management, or financial services. - Prior experience in a senior sales or business development role focused on PMS/AIF products in the North region.

## Environment This role is based in Delhi, with a hybrid work environment combining in-office and remote work. The candidate should be comfortable engaging with high-net-worth clients, attending industry events, and traveling within the North region as required.
